How do we recruit?

Missions

Votre impact:

Vous serez au cœur de la création et de la mise à jour de nos catalogues moteurs marins et apporterez également votre support pour les catalogues moteurs terrestres en tant que backup.

Produire et structurer la documentation technique

  • Élaborer, structurer et publier les catalogues de pièces détachées.

  • Concevoir des documents conformes aux standards internationaux de documentation technique et à la norme S1000D.

  • Garantir la lisibilité, l'exactitude et l'ergonomie de l'information pour une expérience client optimale.

Analyser, valider et enrichir les données d’entrée

  • Recevoir, analyser et exploiter les données d'entrée transmises par nos entités techniques basées en Chine et en France.

  • Vérifier l’exhaustivité, la cohérence et la qualité des informations techniques (nomenclatures, références, spécifications).

  • Identifier les écarts et incohérences, proposer et suivre les corrections en lien avec les équipes techniques.

Harmoniser et optimiser l’information technique

  • Synthétiser, harmoniser et reformater les données brutes pour produire une documentation homogène et structurée.

  • Mettre en place et maintenir une architecture documentaire robuste garantissant la cohérence sur l'ensemble des catalogues.

Contribuer à l'amélioration continue

  • Participer activement à l’optimisation des processus de rédaction.

  • Être acteur(trice) de la validation et de l'implémentation de notre nouvel outil de rédaction documentaire.

Your impact :

You will play a central role in the creation and updating of our marine engine catalogs and will also provide backup support for our land engine catalogs.

Produce and Structure Technical Documentation

  • Develop, organize, and publish spare parts catalogs.

  • Design documents that comply with international technical documentation standards and the S1000D specification.

  • Ensure the readability, accuracy, and ergonomics of information to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Analyze, Validate, and Enhance Input Data

  • Receive, review, and process technical data provided by our entities based in China and France.

  • Verify the completeness, consistency, and quality of technical information (such as part lists, references, and specifications).

  • Identify discrepancies and inconsistencies, propose corrections, and coordinate with technical teams to implement them.

Harmonize and Optimize Technical Information

  • Synthesize, standardize, and reformat raw data to produce cohesive and structured documentation.

  • Establish and maintain a robust documentation architecture to ensure consistency across all catalogs.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

  • Actively participate in the optimization of the documentation processes.

  • Play a key role in the validation and implementation of our new technical writing tool.

Vos atouts:

Formation et parcours académique

⭐⭐⭐BTS / DUT / BUT Génie Mécanique ou Productique Formation centrale pour lecture de plans, nomenclatures, structure de pièces mécaniques

⭐⭐Licence Professionnelle Documentation Technique ou Mastère Rédaction Technique Expertise complémentaire sur la structuration documentaire, normes et outils

⭐BTS / DUT / BUT Génie Électrique/Électronique Formation pertinente selon la nature des composants électroniques intégrés

Compétences techniques essentielles

  • Lecture avancée de plans de conception et de nomenclatures d'articles.

  • Très bonne connaissance de l'interchangeabilité des pièces techniques.

  • Maîtrise de la documentation technique et de la gestion de bases articles.

  • Expérience appréciée sur des outils de création documentaire.

  • Savoir utiliser un logiciel de CAO (ex : Creo, IsoDraw) est un plus.

  • Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit technique pour la rédaction et la communication documentaire.

Your assets:

Education and Academic Background

⭐⭐⭐ BTS / DUT / BUT in Mechanical Engineering or Production Core training for reading technical drawings, bills of materials, and understanding mechanical part structures.

⭐⭐ Bachelor's Degree in Technical Documentation or Master's in Technical Writing Additional expertise in document structuring, standards, and specialized tools.

⭐ BTS / DUT / BUT in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Relevant background depending on the nature of integrated electronic components.

Key Technical Skills

  • Advanced reading of design drawings and item bills of materials.

  • Strong knowledge of interchangeability of technical parts.

  • Proficiency in technical documentation and item database management.

  • Experience with documentation creation tools is appreciated.

  • Ability to use CAD software (e.g., Creo, IsoDraw) is a plus.
