The Junior Account Manager will be part of team based in Milan (Italy) linked to the Commercial Direction and junior account manager will work on players from the world of e-commerce.

Your job:
· Manage and develop the portfolio by carrying out an intensive prospection and customer tracking in compliance with the fixed quantitative and qualitative objectives
· Optimization of current customers relations
· Identify and up-sell opportunities
· Manage all customers issues
Salary : 500€ to 600€ per month
