Missions

CONTEXT
We are seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Engineer for our Business IT Services based in Milano.
This person will operate as a first interface with many of HiPay’s merchants across the globe, working closely with the Sales, Account Management and Technical teams.
The ideal candidate is extremely merchant-focused and highly motivated by team success. Experience in a technology-driven company is a definite plus.

RESPONSABILITIES
After an intensive training in our Parisian office
  • Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools and email to worldwide e-commerce actors using HiPay’s solutions.
  • Consulting: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key merchants to give them advice regarding the best implementation practices and also address specific requirements



Profil

YOUR PROFILE
  • Background: Experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with Internet technologies and knowledge of customer relations technical processes (such as SQL / HTML / JavaScript / PHP).
  • Creativity: You are innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities and are able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied technical support requests.
  • Autonomy: You are committed, flexible and demonstrate an ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Team spirit: You enjoy working as a team player and are eager to improve your skills, learn from others and share your knowledge.
  • Programming: Ability to write scripts in PHP code.
  • Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional language(s) highly valued.
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
