The Technical Support Engineer will operate as a first interface with many of HiPay’s merchants across the globe, working closely with the Sales, Account Management and Technical teams. The ideal candidate is extremely merchant-focused and highly motivated by team success. Experience in a technology-driven company is a definite plus. The candidate will also support in Partner integrations as and when required.

Support:
Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web-based tools and email to worldwide e-commerce actors using HiPay’s solutions and assist International IT teams in development work.

Consulting: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key merchants and partners to give them advice regarding the best implementation practices and also address specific requirements

Requirements
  • Experienced in using PHP / Symfony 2 – 3 / SQL / CSS (less) / Webservices (REST & SOAP) / Javascript (REACT / Frameworks) 
  • Fluent in English 
  • High energy, curiosity, autonomy 
  • Knowledge in Linux / shell / IDE PHPStorm / Docker
