Votre impact :

En tant qu'Ingénieur Contrôle-Commande Power Generation, vous contribuerez au développement et à la fiabilité de nos solutions de production d'énergie.

  • Développer, configurer et valider les systèmes de contrôle-commande de nos groupes électrogènes.

  • Participer à l'intégration des calculateurs moteur (ECU), des contrôleurs de groupes électrogènes et des systèmes de supervision.

  • Réaliser les essais fonctionnels sur banc d'essai et analyser les données afin de garantir les performances et la fiabilité des installations.

  • Assurer le support technique auprès des équipes de production lors de l'industrialisation et de la résolution de problématiques techniques.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes R&D pour développer, tester et valider les nouvelles fonctionnalités de contrôle-commande.

  • Participer au déploiement des logiciels et calibrations validés par le siège (HQ).

  • Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements techniques et proposer les actions correctives adaptées.

  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des architectures électriques et contrôle-commande de nos solutions Power Generation.

  • Apporter un support technique aux équipes Production, Essais, R&D et, ponctuellement, aux équipes commerciales.

  • Effectuer des déplacements ponctuels à l'international afin d'accompagner les essais, les mises en service, les investigations techniques ou le support aux filiales et clients.

💰 Salary: €48,000 to €55,000 gross per annum, depending on experience

Your impact :

As a Power Generation Controls Engineer, you will contribute to the development, integration, validation, and continuous improvement of Baudouin's generator set control systems.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, configure, and validate control systems for Baudouin generator sets.

  • Integrate and validate engine ECUs, generator set controllers, and customer monitoring/supervisory systems.

  • Perform functional testing on engine and generator test benches, analyze test data, and validate system performance.

  • Provide technical support to the Production team during industrialization, troubleshooting, and product improvements.

  • Work closely with the R&D team to develop, test, and validate new control features and software.

  • Support the deployment of validated software releases and engine calibrations in collaboration with Headquarters.

  • Diagnose technical issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Power Generation control architectures and system reliability.

  • Provide technical support to Production, Test, R&D, and, when required, Sales teams.

  • Travel occasionally abroad to support testing activities, commissioning, technical investigations, customer support, and subsidiary operations.

Profile

Vos atouts :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en :

  • Électrotechnique

  • Génie électrique

  • Automatisme

  • Informatique industrielle

  • Contrôle-commande

  • Production d'énergie

Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans l'un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants :

  • Groupes électrogènes

  • Production d'énergie

  • Automatismes industriels

  • Contrôle-commande

  • Électrotechnique

  • Motorisation industrielle

Vous possédez idéalement des connaissances sur :

  • les contrôleurs de groupes électrogènes Deep Sea Electronics (DSE), ComAp ou DEIF ;

  • les réseaux de communication industriels CAN J1939 et Modbus ;

  • les alternateurs Leroy Somer, Stamford ou Mecc Alte ;

  • les moteurs diesel industriels et leur environnement ;

  • les systèmes électriques basse tension.

Une expérience en :

  • essais,

  • validation,

  • mise au point,

  • mise en service,

  • diagnostic de pannes,

sera particulièrement appréciée.

Your assets:

You hold a Master's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Generator Sets

  • Power Generation

Ideally, you have knowledge of:

  • Generator set controllers such as Deep Sea Electronics (DSE), ComAp, or DEIF

  • Industrial communication protocols including CAN J1939 and Modbus

  • Alternators such as Leroy-Somer, Stamford, or Mecc Alte

  • Industrial diesel engines and their operating environment

  • Low-voltage electrical systems

Experience with the following is considered a strong advantage:

  • Functional testing

  • Validation
