Votre impact

  • Piloter la stratégie cybersécurité, réaliser les analyses de risques et conduire les audits systèmes.

  • Garantir la sécurité fonctionnelle des outils et des systèmes.

  • Assurer la gestion, la surveillance et la détection des incidents de sécurité.

  • Collaborer avec les Responsables Infrastructure et Support pour mettre en oeuvre les actions correctives.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des solutions afin de renforcer la sécurité des environnements, notamment sur Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Fortinet, etc.

  • Assurer la communication et la coordination entre les parties prenantes et la Direction des Systèmes d’Information.

  • Maîtriser les principales normes et réglementations en vigueur : RGPD, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, etc.

  • Contribuer à la mise en oeuvre de la certification ISO 27001 en collaboration avec le prestataire.

  • Définir et mettre en place la traçabilité ainsi que les indicateurs nécessaires à la conformité NIS2.

  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation liée aux projets et aux exigences réglementaires.

  • Assurer une veille technologique et réglementaire afin de garantir la conformité continue.

  • Gérer le suivi administratif des registres RGPD.

  • Administrer la plateforme de cyber training MANTRA et produire des reportings à destination de la DSI.

  • Analyser les résultats des formations et des simulations, puis définir des plans d’action pour renforcer la sensibilisation.

  • Déployer les nouveaux modules, relancer les utilisateurs et gérer les escalades selon le processus défini.

  • Accompagner les utilisateurs au quotidien dans la compréhension des menaces et des bonnes pratiques.

  • Gérer les alertes et les menaces sur les différentes plateformes, et automatiser les reportings hebdomadaires.

  • Animer les sessions de sensibilisation lors des parcours d’onboarding.

Your impact

  • Lead the cybersecurity strategy, perform risk assessments, and conduct system audits.

  • Ensure the functional security of tools and systems.

  • Manage, monitor, and detect security incidents.

  • Work closely with the Infrastructure and Support Managers to implement corrective actions.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions in order to strengthen the security of environments, particularly across Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Fortinet, and related tools.

  • Ensure communication and coordination between stakeholders and the Information Systems Department.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the main applicable standards and regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and related frameworks.

  • Support the implementation of ISO 27001 certification in collaboration with the external provider.

  • Define and implement traceability mechanisms and the indicators required for NIS2 compliance.

  • Draft and maintain documentation related to projects and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct ongoing technology and regulatory monitoring to ensure continuous compliance.

  • Manage the administrative follow-up of GDPR registers.

  • Administer the MANTRA cyber training platform and produce reporting for the Information Systems Department.

  • Analyze training and simulation results, then define action plans to strengthen awareness.

  • Deploy new training modules, follow up with users, and manage escalations in line with the defined process.

  • Support users on a daily basis in understanding threats and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Manage alerts and threats across the different platforms, and automate weekly reporting.

  • Deliver awareness sessions as part of onboarding programs.

Profile

Vos atouts:

  • Master en CyberSécurité ou dans un domaine connexe 

  • Entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire 

  • La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français oral et écrit est indispensable.  

  • Orienté(e) résultats, impliqué(e), assidu(e) et capable de travailler en autonomie, avec un sens de l’urgence, une attention aux détails et un haut niveau d’intégrité  

  • Solides compétences informatiques, maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, des API, des intégrations 

  • Engagement à promouvoir une culture inclusive et à valoriser la diversité des perspectives. 

Your assets:

  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role 

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and French is essential. 

  • Results-oriented, committed, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with a sense of urgency, high integrity, and strong attention to quality standards. 

  • Solid technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, APIs, and system integrations. 

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives.
